Good bike, easy setup

Smooth experience, nice bike

I bought a 24-Inch Belt Drive Kids' Bike for my daughter a few weeks ago, and it's been great. Ordering was simple on their website, and delivery was quicker than I expected – it showed up in about five days. The bike itself is really well made, super light, which was a big plus for us. Assembly wasn't hard at all; pretty much just put on the pedals and adjust the seat. My daughter took to it right away, she says it's much easier to ride than her old chain bike. The belt drive is surprisingly quiet too. Haven't needed customer support, so I can't speak to that, but the product and delivery were both top-notch.

as long as it's unused and in the original packaging, you should be fine. i think you just contact them and they'll sort it out, but double check the exact timeframe on their site.

i think it depends, i'm on the east coast and it was closer to 8-9 days for the 16-inch. chicago might be similar.

Does anyone know if these bikes are really worth the price compared to like, a Prevelo or Frog bike? My friend swears by them but they're a bit more spendy.

Totally worth it! The belt drive is a game changer, no greasy chains. My kid loves it, much lighter than his old bike too. Prevelo is good but Belsize felt better built to me.

eh, depends on your kid and budget. both are good bikes. Belsize is super light and the belt drive is nice for maintenance, but you can't go wrong with either really. Woom is another one to look at too.

Yeah, super easy. Mine was mostly assembled, just had to pop on the front wheel and handlebars. Took like 15 minutes max.
